RETURN POLICY

All returns must be approved within 30 days of purchase, and be in like-new condition. Returns are not allowed for installed units, or remote controls if the packaging has been opened. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. When the product(s) have been inspected and approved for a refund, the purchaser will be refunded the purchase price, minus a 15% inspection and re-stocking fee
